This rate is reserved for full-time students. To apply for this reduced rate, please send proof by e-mail to contact@cyclingsafety.net.

Cancellation & refund policy
- Conference registrations cancelled before October 1, are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Conference registrations cancelled between October 1 and October 30, are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Delegates cancelling on or after October 30, 2023, are no longer eligible for a refund. Registration may be transferred to another individual.
If a delegate is unable to attend ICSC (any or all of the following: workshops, bicycle tours, conference days) for any reason, they may send someone else to attend in their place. To transfer the ticket to a new delegate, please send your request to contact@cyclingsafety.net as soon as possible and include all the necessary information to replace your existing registration.
